in writing . – It is of paramount importance to identify the spots that cause inefficiencies and worsening of the standards of labour for the workers who experience the pressures from the structural changes in the patterns of trade. The European Globalisation Adjustment fund must necessarily play its role in dealing with these problems and assist workers in their transition to other optimal labour and income allocations due to the necessary structural adjustments.
